Tuesday evenings: Meditation for Everyday Life

Meditation reduces stress and tension and enables all our good qualities to come to the surface. It is easy to learn how to meditate and anyone, even those of us with the busiest of minds, can train in methods to pacify our distractions. Meditation also has a profound effect on the way we respond to difficulties, giving us the space we need to react in positive, helpful ways that better the situation and improve our relationships with others.

Each class will include practical advice, guided meditations, and time to discuss.
