In this series, we’ll look, one by one, at the 21 meditations in the New Meditation Handbook, a special presentation of all the teachings Buddha gave to help people like ourselves find real happiness and fulfillment in our lives.

By contemplating and meditating on these teachings we’ll come to understand why we experience frustration and anxiety, and begin to unlock our true potential for inner peace, compassion and wisdom.

These meditations, known as the stages of the path to enlightenment, bring great meaning to everyday life.
