 Solving Our Problems Through Love

The teachings in Modern Buddhism provide inner scientific methods for improving the quality of our mind and life. This unique, practical presentation is modern, and at the same time preserves the original meaning of Buddha’s profound teachings that lead to lasting happiness.

In these classes we will learn how to control anger and attachment and develop love and compassion for others. By doing so, we can bring great benefit to ourselves, our family and friends. Over time, these meditations will begin to touch our heart and start to become our normal response to daily difficulties. It is by training our mind in a positive direction, that we begin to solve our own problems and make ourselves and others happy.
