Tuesday evenings: Living in the Moment

Tuesday evenings: Living in the Moment

Tuesday night classes run throughout the year

7:00 to 8:30 pm

June 4-25

Everything changes, and nothing is as it seems; these are two important pieces of wisdom that Buddha taught. When we become familiar with impermanence, understanding that our life won’t go on forever, and that things will necessarily change, we experience an inner freedom and a greater ability to respond to life in a light and flexible way. Wisdom helps us solve our inner problems of attachment and anger, and also allows us to deal with outer problems more creatively and constructively.

These drop-in classes will offer uplifting and practical advice to help you to make each day meaningful and happy; each class will include helpful guided meditations.

Each class is self-contained; you can attend one or any number of the classes.
