One-Day City Retreat

Overcoming Fear and Anxiety

Four one-hour guided meditations

Saturday March 21

How can we reduce fear and anxiety?

We can identify ways of thinking that increase fear and anxiety, and learn to gradually reduce them. We can also learn much more beneficial ways of seeing ourself and the world, which can reduce our fears, and help us to develop our true potential.

These guided sessions will lead us through a journey of discovering what doesn’t work to reduce fear, and what definitely does. We’ll begin to understand the truth of who we are, which will increase our inner peace and happiness, instead of anxiety and fear.

Each session will include guided meditations.

You can attend any or all of the sessions. Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the sessions begin, to allow yourself time to become settled. Come to the side entrance; someone will be there to greet you and introduce you to our Centre.

Fee: $20 for the whole day, or $5 per session
