Getting Beyond Anger

Getting Beyond Anger

A half-day class

Saturday March 7 | 10am-12:30pm
Anger is not an easy state of mind to control, and it afflicts our mind almost every day. It harms ourself and it harms the person it is directed at. By gaining some insight into why and how anger develops, as well as its many faults, we can learn to rise above this negative mind and reduce the hold it has on us.

We will also learn how to train in the positive attitude of patient acceptance, which has the power to pacify our mind, and helps us to avoid the painful and well-worn grooves of blame and resentment.

This talk will include clear and practical advice, and experienced guidance in meditation to gain a deeper experience.

Fee: $25 (Free for members)
