How to register and join a class
Click the class link opposite and you can register using PayPal or credit card. You will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to the class you have registered for. Copy the link and paste it into your browser at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. You will be linked to a waiting room and the host will bring you into the class at the scheduled time.

These classes will focus on methods derived from Buddha’s teachings which help us to find (and remain with) inner peace during challenging times. They will include easy-to-understand and helpful practical advice, along with guided meditations to show you how to gain a deeper experience.

These classes introduce us to a series of meditations derived from Buddha’s teachings which can help us to find lasting inner peace and great meaning in our daily lives. Although the classes are presented as an ongoing series, each class is self-contained.

Noontime Meditations 12:15 – 12:45pm

In this ongoing series of half-hour classes we’ll focus on finding peace and happiness within through meditation. Each class will contain a short talk explaining the meditation topic, and a guided meditation.

In the first three classes, we’ll focus on meditations which help us find inner peace through developing a kind heart towards others.

The positive power of patience 
(beginning April 19)

Patience enables us to remain happy and peaceful when things get challenging. These classes will help us learn effective methods to develop patience, and to practise it in daily life. Each class will include uplifting, easy-to-practise advice and two guided meditations.
