Sunday Mornings at
Kadampa Meditation Centre Ottawa
Sunday mornings, 10-11am
A great series of summer classes
at Kadampa Meditation Centre Ottawa!
Letting Go of Unpeaceful Minds
We may tend to assume that our problems and the anger they give rise to are caused by other people, or by external conditions we can't control.
Buddha tells us that we can learn that the source of our suffering is our own mind. We can train to recognize, reduce and eventually eliminate all minds of anger, regardless of circumstances, by becoming familiar with the powerful practice of patience.
In these classes we will investigate practical methods we can use to develop this peaceful mind.
You can attend any or all of these great drop-in classes. Each class will include a new teaching, and two guided meditations. Everyone is welcome!
