Have you ever wished that you could just stop worrying? Worry is a very common experience in our world, and we all know how much unhappiness it can cause.
Fortunately, it’s only a habit of mind, and like all bad habits, worrying can be reduced and eventually eliminated. There are simple, practical and effective tools that can help us greatly in overcoming this negative way of thinking.
In this one-hour Saturday class, we’ll learn about methods to let go of worry, and instead adopt ways of thinking that bring peace, happiness and lightness to our mind. There will be two guided meditations and time for questions. Everyone is welcome.
