Once every few months, we hold a special one-day retreat at Joyful Land Centre, during which we have a special opportunity to engage in meditation on a particular meaningful topic, such as how to develop loving-kindness towards others. The format for these one-day retreats is generally 4 one-hour sessions of guided meditation, with breaks between the sessions.
Our Urban Retreats are led by qualified Joyful Land Teachers.
