Choosing Gratitude
& Becoming a Friend of the World

Grateful people are happy people!  We can often be so focused on what we don't have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we already have. We tend to forget or disregard the enormous amount of benefit we receive from others.

Discover for yourself the uplifting experience of joy, contentment, and positive energy that comes from meditating on gratitude. By living with an awareness of the kindness of others, we can maintain a warm heart and a feeling of being close to everyone.  This special way of looking at the world brings joy and creates the foundation for stable, loving relationships.  In this way, through making gratitude a part of each day, we can live a life of genuine happiness, fulfilment and inner purpose.

This course will include practical, easy-to-understand teachings and guided meditations.

Everyone is welcome!
