A half-day course, for everyone
Self Confidence
with visiting Teacher
Gen Kelsang Chögyan
Saturday Nov 29, from 10am to 1pm
at KMC Ottawa, 879 Somerset St. W.
If you could, wouldn’t you want to increase your inner strength, your love, and your happiness? Not to mention your resilience, compassion, confidence, and wisdom? While we may possess some of these qualities right now, we also continue to experience unhappiness, anger, anxiety, insecurity, etc.
According to Buddha, these positive qualities are actually natural to our mind. They are part of our spiritual potential. But at the moment we are unaware of this, and so these qualities remain dormant.
In this half-day course, Gen Chogyan will introduce heart-enriching meditations and insights designed to awaken our spiritual potential. All these practices can be easily integrated into our daily life, allowing us to let go of those feelings of limitation and inadequacy, allowing us instead to connect to the beautiful qualities within our mind. By awakening and nurturing these we become the joyful, confident, beneficial person we long to be. Not only does our life become resonant with purpose but we will also put ourselves in the position of being able to fulfill the wishes of our family and friends, our community, and even our world.
This half-day course will include practical advice and guided meditations to gain inner experience of the teachings. It's suitable for everyone. Refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome!
