Learn to Meditate
(Find your inner peace)

Do you keep hearing about all the benefits of meditation, but don't know where to start?  Or maybe you just want some pointers for improving your practice?

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful so that we can find relief from mental discomfort, worries or anxiety. Applying the correct methods will lead to happiness, a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

In this half-day class, you’ll learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life. These meditations can be practised by anyone - no experience is needed at all.

“When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Everyone is welcome!
