11:45am-1pm - teaching and meditation
This course will be taught by Toolika Rastogi,who has been practising and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years. Toolika's love of Buddhist teachings, and her joyful practice of them in daily life are very inspiring. Her teachings are very clear, practical and uplifting.
