A Half-Day Meditation Class
Saturday September 14 | 10am – 12:30pm

Have you ever wished that you could just stop worrying? It’s only a habit of mind, and like all bad habits, worrying can be reduced and eventually eliminated. Meditating can give you the tools you need to let go of negative ways of thinking about what may or may not happen.
In this Saturday half-day class, you’ll learn about different methods to transform your worry into ways of thinking that will help to solve your problems, and make your mind lighter and happier. The class will include practical advice, guided meditations and time to discuss.

The class is suitable for everyone, and everyone is welcome!

Schedule for this half-day class 
10:00-11:15am Teaching and guided meditation
11:15-11:30amTea break
11:30am-12:30pm Teaching, guided meditation and discussion
