Dealing with Difficult People

Dealing with Difficult People

A Half-Day Meditation Class
Saturday October 26 | 10am – 12:30pm

Join us for a Saturday day class on the topic of how to overcome difficulty and conflict by learning how to accept and transform the challenge.

We often have to work, live and meet with people who we find challenging. For instance, our priorities may differ, and our opinions clash. As a result, conflicts can build; when this happens, we can feel stressed and frustrated. Often it’s impossible to avoid the difficult person in our life; even if we do find a way to avoid them, eventually another difficult person appears. What’s the solution?

In this class you’ll learn effective methods to:

Defuse tension and let go of negative thinking
Take a constructive approach in the way we see others
Move beyond conflict to common ground and connection with others

Is this for me?

If you want inner peace and harmony to become a reality in your life, then this class is for you. These methods are suitable for everyone, and bring real benefit to our daily lives. Everyone is welcome!
