Deepen your experience of the practice of Vajrayogini and Heruka.

Sunday and Monday we will focus on Vajrayogini and engage in the practice of Dakini Yoga with guided meditations.  Participants require an Highest Yoga Tantric , (HYT), Empowerment to participate, or the strong intention to soon attain this empowerment in order to engage in this retreat.

Tuesday - Thursday we will focus on Heruka and engage in the practice of New Essence of Vajrayana.

Each session will include chanted prayers and a meditation.

Daily Retreat Schedule
(Sun Jan 18 - Thurs Jan 22):

Session 1 - 9-10:15am
Session 2 - 10:45am-12pm
Session 3 - 1:15-2:30pm
Session 4 - 7-8:30pm (no sessions on Tuesday or Thursday nights due to other classes at the centre)

Gen Kelsang Thekchen, Buddhist Monk & TeacherThis retreat will be led by Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Thekchen, who is a senior Teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. He has been a Kadampa Buddhist monk and Teacher under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than 30 years. He is well known for his ability to present Buddha's teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making them easy to put into practice in everyday life.
