Deepen your experience of the practice of Vajrayogini and Heruka.
Sunday and Monday we will focus on Vajrayogini and engage in the practice of Dakini Yoga with guided meditations. You need to have a HYT Empowerment to participate in this retreat.
Tuesday - Thursday we will focus on Heruka and engage in the practice of New Essence of Vajrayana.
Each session will include chanted prayers and a meditation.

Daily Retreat Schedule

Session 1 - 8-9:30am
Session 2 - 10:30am-12pm
Session 3 - 1:30-3pm
Session 4 - 7-8:30pm (not Tuesday or Thursday night)
This retreat will be led by Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Thekchen, who is a senior Teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. He has been a Kadampa Buddhist monk and Teacher under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than 30 years. He is well known for his ability to present Buddha's teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making them easy to put into practice in everyday life.
