Enjoy a meaningful shopping experience that supports Kadampa Meditation Centre Ottawa.
This fundraising event is staffed by members of KMC Ottawa and is open to the public. There will be an wide assortment of household items, books, clothing etc — all the things that you'd expect at a first class garage sale.
You will also have the opportunity to tour KMC Ottawa, see our beautiful shrine, pick up a free class card and shop for new books in our store.
Trying to meditate without faith and confidence in our practice is like trying to walk along a pathway with our eyes closed.
