Do you have 30-minutes? Pop-in after work on Wednesdays (June 7-21)  for three short and simple guided meditations, that you can easily practice at home. Each session will offer a different guided meditation.

There are four different locations to choose from: Centretown, Kanata, Gloucester & Manotick.

If you want to learn more about Buddhist meditation, drop in for a one-hour talk called ‘What is Positive Thinking?’ on Saturday June 24.  It will give you some practical insights into solving your day-to-day problems.

These June classes are especially suited for beginners. You're welcome to drop-in for any or all of these sessions. Everyone is welcome and no pre-registration is required.
