This ancient healing technique has the power to improve mental peace and happiness, and is especially beneficial in situations where we may feel powerless to help others or to overcome adversity.
This public talk will be followed by an inspiring Saturday retreat.
During the Saturday Retreat, at the Sunshine Rotary Park in Portugal Cove on Saturday June 7 (9:30am - 4:30pm) Gen Thekchen, will teach us the meditations on taking others’ suffering and giving happiness, with practical teachings and straightforward guided meditations suited for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
