Live Streamed Classes



A Monthly Support Membership is the way to regularly access our weekly Live Streamed Classes. As a new student, you may access up to TRIAL Live Streamed classes if you wish. 

Enrol in a monthly Bronze Support Membership for only $50 ,(minimum 3 months), to enjoy unlimited FREE access to the Tuesday evening Live Streamed classes,  Sunday morning Live Streamed classes & Weekday morning guided meditation & prayers. If you'd like to attend a Saturday 1/2 course by Livestream, you can - simply pay the registration fee then contact us to receive the link.

Enrol in a $60 monthly Silver Support Membership to enjoy unlimited FREE access to the same classes & prayers as per the Bronze membership PLUS FREE Saturday 1⁄2 day Live Streamed classes . Click here for more details about the other advantages of becoming a Support Member.

Enrol in a $80 monthly Gold Support Membership to enjoy unlimited FREE access to the same classes & prayers as per the Silver membership PLUS FREE access to onsite RETREATS. Click here for more details about the other advantages of becoming a Support Member.

Not sure about becoming a member immediately? No worries!! You can try out up to two Live Streamed classes by following these instructions:

1. Register and pay online for the desired class from our website. Please allow a minimum of 3 hours notice before the start of the class.

2. Email info@meditateinottawa.org to request that the Trial Live Stream link be sent to you by email.

3. Open the link to the class & enjoy Live Streamed class.
